Okay, This is actually pretty simple if you think about it.
You begin creation by starting with your race.
Your choice of races are:
Human
Elf
Half breed
The race is where your base Stats come from.
Now, For each stat roll 1 d6 and add the resulting roll.
Example, I roll a 4 on my humans weapon skill.
3+4=7.
WS:7
You do this with each of your stats except TB, SB, ATT, and W.
Now you'll need to choose a Class,
Add the stats of Class to your Base stats
Now add your class bonus stats toy our character.
You do this all your states, just like before.
Now, On to Strenth Bonus, Toughness Bonus, Attack, and Wounds.
You get one 1 point of SB (Strength Bonus) per 5 Strength. Same rule for Toughness and Toughness Bonus
Now, Add your Racial Talents and your Class talents to your character sheet.
Now that is done we get to roll for random talents on your Class sheet. Roll one d20 and number matching your roll is your random talent.
Game Master will determine your starting weapons.
And aside from Personality and Name you're done.
